Terms of Service

1. General Provisions

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Panda Platform SaaS platform located at platform.panda.kg ("Platform").

The Platform is operated by IE Changylov Daniyar Saparbekovich, TIN: 20111199501384, registered at: Kyrgyz Republic, Bishkek, Pervomaysky district, Orozbekova str., 2/2, apt. 60 ("Operator").

By using the Platform, you confirm that you have read and fully accept these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Platform.

2. Service Description

The Platform provides a suite of cloud-based tools for business automation, including AI assistants for messengers (WhatsApp, Instagram Direct, Telegram), product catalog and inventory management, POS operations, CRM, and analytical reports.

3. Registration and Account

You must create an account with accurate information to use the Platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activities performed through your account.

4. Payment Terms

The cost of using the Platform is determined by the published pricing plans. The Operator may modify pricing with at least 30 days prior notice to users.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Platform for unlawful purposes, spam distribution, dissemination of harmful content, or infringement of third-party rights. The Operator may suspend access without prior notice upon detection of violations.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights to the Platform belong to the Operator. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license within their active subscription.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is." The Operator is not liable for indirect damages, quality of AI assistant responses, or temporary unavailability due to maintenance.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic. Disputes shall be resolved through negotiation, and if no agreement is reached, in the courts of the Kyrgyz Republic.
