Platform interaction data: activity logs, account settings, uploaded product catalogs, customer database, and messenger conversation history.

Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, cookies, service usage statistics.

3. Purposes of Data Processing

Data is processed to provide Platform services, ensure AI assistant functionality, process orders, improve service quality, handle billing, communicate with you, and comply with the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic.

4. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell your data. Data may be shared with messenger providers (Meta, Telegram), AI model providers (OpenAI, Google, Anthropic), and hosting providers solely for the purpose of delivering Platform services.

5. Storage and Protection

Data is stored on secure servers with encryption, access control, and regular backups. Personal data is retained for the duration of your account and 90 days after deletion, unless otherwise required by law.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, and delete your personal data, and to withdraw consent to processing.
